Cupcakes

Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

125 g softened butter
1/3 cup caster sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup of raising flour
1/4 cup milk

Directions
1.Heat the oven 180 degrees at bake
2.Beat 2 eggs in a small bowl
3.In another bowl cream butter and caster sugar.
4.Add eggs to creamed mixture and beat to mix.
5.Fold in sifted flour and milk
6.Place mixture in cupcake holders.
7.Bake for 15 minutes

Making Icing:
1 cup icing sugar
25 g butter
drop of vanilla essence
food dye

Directions :
Mix all together

We worked together but we weren't successful because we didn't cream the butter long enough.
